The Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission welcomes comments from the public about the performance of Utah judges.

Judges Public Comments




Although JPEC commissioners consider all public comments, the most helpful are from individuals who have first-hand knowledge about a judge’s performance. Judicial independence prevents JPEC review of individual decisions. The appellate process reviews individual decisions. My comment on this judge is based upon:




Identifying Information:You have the option of providing your full name and other identifying information. Although not required, including your name gives your submission more credibility. If you do provide identifying information, please know it becomes part of the public record where it may be viewed by JPEC commissioners, judges, and the general public.
